With years of experience supporting heating and plumbing businesses, she oversees scheduling, invoicing, administration and operational coordination across the company.

Her organisation, industry knowledge and attention to detail help ensure clients receive a professional and reliable service from first enquiry through to completion.

Kevin brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across commercial and domestic heating, plumbing and gas systems.

Throughout his career, he has worked with organisations including British Gas and Grant UK, alongside running his own heating and plumbing business. His experience spans commercial boiler systems, fault-finding, gas safety, heating upgrades and long-term maintenance support across a wide range of environments.

Kevin is Gas Safe registered and qualified across both commercial and domestic systems, including natural gas and LPG installations, commercial pipework, plant room systems and combustion analysis.

Known for his practical approach and attention to detail, Kevin believes in doing things properly, communicating clearly and delivering work that clients can rely on long-term.

Piotr brings strong experience across both commercial and domestic heating systems and supports a wide range of servicing, maintenance and installation work across the region.

Known for his work ethic and technical knowledge, Piotr works across everything from routine servicing to more complex fault-finding and heating upgrades.

Despite being one of the younger members of the team, he already brings significant hands-on experience and continues to expand his knowledge across commercial systems.

Paul has spent decades working within the plumbing industry and brings extensive practical experience across a wide range of commercial and domestic environments.

From maintenance and repair work to larger plumbing installations, Paul is known for his reliable approach, depth of knowledge and commitment to high standards.

John brings decades of plumbing experience to the North Oxfordshire Heating team and supports a wide range of commercial projects across the region.
